Create a product draft

For a travel product operator, listing a product is difficult because the information is scattered, not because it does not exist. An attraction may already have OTA listings, a supplier may provide links or spreadsheets, and TMS may contain a similar product. The operator still has to collect the product name, attraction, usage rules, variants, inventory, refund policy, and ticketing rules before entering them again.

In this example, the operator needs to list a Universal Studios Japan 1.5 Day Studio Pass. She gives the product name to T-Agent and asks it to start with existing sources:

I want to list a Universal Studios Japan 1.5-day ticket.

I have retrieved the details. Please confirm 3 remaining items:

  1. Are adult and child tickets separate variants?
  2. Are refunds allowed after ticket issuance?
  3. Should this be distributed to other channels or sold directly only?
No separate variants, no refunds after issuance, and no distribution.

T-Agent checks public OTA pages and similar products available in TMS, then organizes the reusable information into a product configuration. Public pages can support descriptions, related attractions, and traveler instructions. They cannot decide inventory, refunds, ticketing, or sales authorization.

When required details are missing, T-Agent asks for them together. The operator can confirm details such as no variant split, no refund after ticketing, and no distributor access. T-Agent updates the whole configuration without forcing her to search through the form again.

Before creation, T-Agent shows the complete configuration and any unconfirmed fields. The operator can revise one item or approve the configuration to create a TMS product draft. The returned product ID and summary support final checks, but the draft is not automatically put on sale.

The operator still confirms price, inventory, refund rules, ticketing, and sales scope before publication. T-Agent removes the search, organization, and repeated data entry. Business rules remain under human control.
