Login and account

Before signing in, obtain the service domain, account, and password from your organization administrator.

Sign in

Select the login button in the lower-left corner of the desktop app. T-Agent opens the web login page.

Enter each value exactly as provided:

• Domain or service domain: the T-Agent service address supplied by your administrator, such as tagent.example.com.
• Account, username, or email: the login assigned to you. If your organization uses email login, enter the complete email address.
• Password: the password for that account.

The domain tells T-Agent which service to connect to. It is not part of your email address. If your organization has not supplied a custom address, keep the default value shown on the page.

If the page is blank, returns to login, or rejects the account, first check the full domain and confirm that the account belongs to that organization. Then ask the administrator to confirm the service status.

After authentication, choose the account and select Authorize.

Once signed in, use the account menu in the lower-left corner to confirm the active user. Open Settings > Account to review the display name, language, balance, and usage.
