Web and desktop capabilities

Use the web app to write text, generate or edit images, and work with T-CMS. Use the desktop app to operate social accounts, run complete GEO workflows, process video or work with local folders. One topic can involve both: writing a travel video script works on web, while producing the video needs desktop and real footage.

Foundation features and task entry points

Scheduled tasks and messages from Feishu or WeChat are entry points, not capability upgrades. A request received through Feishu still cannot run desktop-only video editing when its execution environment is web.

Start a desktop workflow

Download the desktop app for Windows or macOS, install it and sign in.
Install the required plugin. Select a workspace for local materials; sign in and authorize accounts for platform actions.
Provide the goal, verified information and materials. Video requires filmed or licensed footage; review the script before producing a preview.
Check the draft, video or business configuration. Confirm publishing, order changes and other consequential actions before execution.

If an account, plugin, permission or network condition blocks a task, check that condition before concluding that the product does not support it. Web publishing through the WeChat Official Account API is retired. You can still write articles and generate images on web; use desktop for platform formatting, draft entry and publishing.
