Find traveler questions

Operating Ctrip Community is not about reposting destination photos. Travelers usually arrive with practical questions: what to do, where to stay, whether a route is convenient, and what they need to confirm before traveling. The operator needs to consider these questions alongside the available product material before deciding what to cover this week.

One morning, an operator for a Sanya island-resort brand needs to plan the week's Ctrip Community content. The account already has photos of bays, hotels, and family holidays, while community questions repeatedly ask: “Which bay is convenient to stay in?”, “How many days work for a family trip?”, and “What is a backup for rainy days?” She needs to review recent posts, destination guides, and product material before deciding whether to lead with family travel, hotel selection, or a three-day, two-night route.

This cannot be decided only by looking at which guide gets the most saves. The content needs to answer the traveler's next itinerary question and match available hotel, route, and verified product information. Otherwise, a reader may save the guide but leave because a key fact remains unclear.

She gives T-Agent the accessible account performance, community content, and verified material:

@Ctrip Community Operations Specialist
We operate a Ctrip Community account for Sanya.
Analyze recent post views, saves, comments, and any accessible product-page visit performance. Also review Ctrip Community content about Sanya islands, three-day two-night trips, and family holidays.
Using verified hotel, route, and attraction material, give me two priority topics for this week. For each, state the travel question it answers, the content goal, a suitable single-image or carousel format, account fit, and assets still needed.

After authorization, T-Agent organizes recent performance, destination-content samples, and comment questions from the signed-in Ctrip pages, then compares them with the product material supplied by the team. It does not treat one browsing result as a long-term conclusion; the report keeps the research time and information still requiring confirmation.

The operator receives a “weekly community topics and question list.” For each priority topic, it states what travelers need answered, which verified material can support it, a suitable content structure, and assets still missing. The team can then decide which travel question to solve first rather than chase engagement on a single scenery image.
