Browser extension
The Chrome plugin connects your browser through OpenCLI Browser Bridge. T-Agent can read pages, click, type, and take screenshots while keeping your signed-in session. Install the extension before working with social accounts or filling drafts in the browser.
Install the browser extension
- In T-Agent Work → Plugins → Chrome, find the manual OpenCLI browser extension setup card.
- Select Open install page to open Chrome’s extension manager. If only Chrome opens, paste or enter
chrome://extensions/in the address bar and press Enter. - Return to the app and select Copy OpenCLI extension path.
- In Chrome’s extension manager, turn on Developer mode in the upper-right corner. Select Load unpacked, navigate to the copied directory, and select it.
- Check that OpenCLI Browser Bridge is enabled, then sign in to the website in the same Chrome profile where you installed the extension.
The extension is bundled with T-Agent Work. Use the directory copied from the app when installing it.
Start using it
Return to T-Agent and describe the page and task, for example: “Read the current Chrome tab and summarize the page.”
If T-Agent reports that OpenCLI Browser Bridge is not connected, enable or reload the extension in the Chrome profile you want to use, then retry. For capabilities such as social media operations, see Other plugins.
