Improving China-market operations with T-Agent

JR-West wanted to reach independent travelers in China consistently. Tyaio built the official Mini Program and used T-Agent to connect content planning, creation, multi-channel publishing, traveler service and booking.

A product entry point still needs reach and conversion

JR-West wanted an official Mini Program for Chinese travelers and asked Tyaio International Travel Agency to operate it in China. The Mini Program created a reliable product and service entry point, but an entry point does not create traffic on its own. The team still needed to answer practical transport, itinerary and ticket questions, then carry that interest into service and booking.

The real challenge was not a one-time launch. It was keeping content reach, traveler service and product booking connected over time.

Content production could not keep pace
Transport, seasonal events and itinerary questions change constantly, making consistent research and production difficult for one operator.
Several channels needed ongoing operations
WeChat, Mafengwo and Ctrip require different content formats, so each useful topic needs channel-specific adaptation.
Content needed a path into service and booking
After reading a guide, travelers still need itinerary help, product comparison and a reliable place to book.

How T-Agent supported the operation

T-Agent handled repetitive research, production and channel execution. The operator remained responsible for direction, fact checking and final approval.

Produce consistently

Turn real traveler questions into research, topic ideas, drafts, images and improved final copy.

Reach travelers consistently

Operate Tyaio Travel and Travel with Qiu, then adapt suitable content for Mafengwo and Ctrip.

Connect service and booking

Travelers can continue into AI itinerary planning, customer service, ticket search and booking inside the official Mini Program.

A continuously improving operating loop

  1. Identify traveler questions
  2. Create with T-Agent
  3. Publish across channels
  4. Bring travelers into the Mini Program
  5. Plan, serve and book
  6. Use performance to adjust the next topics

The operator remains responsible for direction, fact checking and final publishing.

Orders kept trending upward after operations began

After content operations began in mid-May, the order trend continued upward in June and July. The team bought no paid media. One operator spent about two hours a day, WeChat was updated almost daily, and Mafengwo and Ctrip were maintained in parallel for about 25 posts a month across channels.

The trend is based on actual order data. Exact quantities are hidden to protect the client's operating data.
